Because we all need support whether we want to admit it or not. Exceptionally when releasing weight.  This program is designed to give you that support through daily EFT Rounds, a weekly individual phone EFT session and much more.

This is the program I am using to let go a a few pounds that have found there way back in the last year.  I thought it would be fun to have company while making these changes.

-Every day you will get a 5 – 8 minute EFT Audio EFT round to follow along with.

-Self hypnosis Weight release cd

-20 min to 1/2 hour weekly audio with the next weeks goals and insights that you can listen to at your convenience

-15 min. individual phone EFT consults weekly - this alone is a $150.00 value
