Have you tried everything to lose weight?  Is your stress level on the rise with your weight gain? Stress is the leading cause in weight gain. Whether you have just gained weight or have been carrying around excess baggage for a long time, this class will give you the techniques to soothe your emotions and release excess weight.

Participants will learn to:
o Release Stress.
o Take small steps that make a huge impact toward releasing weight.
o How to lose weight without diets, drugs or extreme exercise plans.
o Learn Self hypnosis to reduce stress and weight gain.
o Crush craving using real-time in the moment release methods.
o Release excessive worry and reclaim harmony with food.
