10 truth’s I believe. In no particular order.
It’s not the situation that creates unhappiness and/or anxieties but how we look at it.
You have the right to dream and the ability to achieve it. If you don’t know it you can learn it. And if you don’t know how ask--friends, family, experts and God-- and the way will be shown to you.
You deserve the very best and don’t settle for less from others and your self.

Fear is just an avoidance technique to separate us from living our lives to the fullest.
Others can’t make you mad or anxious or sad. It is your perception of how you feel about yourself that creates these feelings.
Savor the simple pleasures in life. The warm breeze against your skin, a sunny day, the fragrance of the spring flowers, the laughter, Chocolate, the color of the sky, a smile from a stranger, hugs. Did I mention Chocolate.
