Feeling Stuffed
For all of us who ate more than we should have at Thanksgiving, let it go. If you are using the “I have blown it, I will start again next year” excuse to continue on the path of overeating, stop right now.
Okay, it happened again this year, I overate. Even though, I planned not to. Not just on Thanksgiving but the entire weekend. We were out shopping, eating in restaurants, and enjoying family time. It was fun, and delicious.
This year however, before I started to mentally beating myself up (like I would have in the past), I sat down and decided to remember who I am. I am a Divine Diva. I wish to take care of myself and that includes forgiving myself. Letting it go and moving forward from here and now.
How do you let it go and forgive yourself?
Breathe in and repeat.
I am precious, complete, and whole.
Breathe out and repeat.
Perfection is already here and I do not have to work at it.
Repeat three times
Imagine the beautiful white light of love filling your mind, body and spirit.
Do this at least once each day. Return to your Truth.
