10. Listen to your self talk when in grasp of a craving.  Are you justifying and rationalizing why you should smoke rather than how important it is to be smoke free. Change your thoughts.  You are the only one who has control over them.  You can talk yourself into continuing to smoke or talk yourself out of it.
