13. Change your routines to avoid those trigger response. Do you always smoke while you drink coffee at the breakfast table?  Alter the habit of  
    sitting at the table to drink your coffee once you decided to stop smoking. Instead, stand at the counter to drink your coffee or go to another
    room. Some clients change the beverage instead of drinking coffee they switched to tea.
