14. You may or may not need to avoid the social events for a while that create riggers to smoke as you first launch into setting yourself free from smoking. Create an action plan if you choose to attend social events that will produce triggers or habitual smoking. The action plan will provide you with the confidents to be successful at staying smoke free.
What will you say when someone offers you a cigarette? How will you respond when someone notices you are not smoking? What will you do if the longing to smoke becomes to intense?
