I Quit!!! Stop Smoking Now Tip # 19

19. Reports state that it take 3 to 4 attempts before smokers Quit!!! for good.  Never stop quitting. Review the situation, the environment, the people involved, and your thoughts that cause you to smoke or start smoking again. Use this information to provide you with an action plan of what needs to change next time you attempt to Quit!!!
