25. Chart your progress of what you have already achieved on a daily calendar.

Every day write in all of your success even the little ones.

Examples:
- My daughter said I smell good today.

- I could keep up with my coworker when we climbed the stairs to a meeting.

- I wanted to smoke so badly but took a moment to breathe instead.

- I discovered how delicious berries are without smothering it in sugar so I could taste it.

- I made it one more day.
