I Quit!!! Stop Smoking Now Tip # 29

29. The week before your Quit!!! date save the butts and ashes in a glass jar.

After your quit date anytime you crave a cigarettes take a deep breath of the contents in the jar. Even smokers who have smoked many
years are appalled at how horrible the contents of the jar smell. This will diminish our desired for a smoke.

Next take a deep breath of clean air.
