I Quit!!! Stop Smoking Now Tip # 30

30.  When you have quit smoking, put the cash you would have spent on cigarettes in a container each week. In four weeks review how much money you have saved in the container. Watch how quickly the money grows.

One client reported that she took her family on a dream vacation on her one year anniversary of her Quit!!! date.  A dream vacation that
they could not afford before she become a non-smoker.
