32.  Repeating mantras is an excellent method of relaxation.

Mantras are believed to be a sacred word or chant that is repeated during meditation. However, it is also a word or phrase that is repeated that has a special meaning to you that you associate with relaxing. 

For instance, a golfer could recite fairways and greens when stressed.

- Think of a place, person, or object that helps you to relax.

- Choose a word or phrase that represents the calm that this place, person, or object creates when you think of it.

- Repeat the word or phrase to your self when stress to recreate the feeling of calm.
