33. Have you every noticed how a bull when upset, stomps their foot and then puts their head down and charges. They keep their head down until they push though to their desired destination. 

Putting your head down and pushing your way through the withdraws and cravings may seem like the best way to get through the first few weeks but in reality you are not dealing with the situations that created the smoker you became.  You are only avoiding those issues.

Instead, use that determined attitude of the bull to examine the issues straight on.  Learning how to deal with the issues of everyday life will guarantee that you are smoke free forever.
