34. The changes to your body and mind in the first few weeks may create an uncomfortable transition. Take it bit easier, be gentler with yourself.  Rest with you need to rest.  Go to bed when you feel sleepy, rather than staying up to watch Leno.  Now more the ever it is important to take care of yourself.
