I Quit!!! Stop Smoking Now Tip #5

5. Investigate and arrange some type of exercise into your life.  Exercise benefits your health it also reduces stress.  It can also be used as a
distraction when you want to smoke.

Set a goal that is low and slow. Start with just a few minutes a day and work up.  For example, set your goal to walk 10 minutes a day. You will be
surprised at how much you will do once you are out and about and how good it feels to move.

Once you have done that for a week or two increase your goal but only by 5 minutes.  Many of us set our goals to high and always fail at them set
them so low that you can create success.
