Mind Games in Business
Success and manifesting money is as much a mind game as it is about action even in this economy. Liz came to me to understand why she could not move her healing arts business to the level of her vision. She would take steps to move forward get some success and retreat, slacking off from her plan. She was becoming frustrated and discouraged. Most people would tell her to buckle down, stay focused, keep her eye on the prize but she knew it was not the lack of determination. Something else was keeping her from moving forward.
Imagine a 10 years old girl. She just finished helping an Aunt out with some chores and received a one dollar bill for a job well done. Running through the back door to her home, so excited that about the dollar she had just earned, feeling good about herself and helping someone else. Her mother said to her in a stern voice “Take that back, you do not take money from relatives who need your help.”
She heard; “You do not take money from those who need your help.” Years later, trying to grow her healing arts business that subconscious belief translated into a block that prevented her from taking money, especially if the client needed her talents. Therefore, unable to move her business to the vision she had hoped to achieve.
What old patterns or belief hold you back from achieving your vision for your life or business? Many times it is something you where told but hold onto as a belief that is running your life now. Take a look at those was seemed small, insignificant events in your life that may be holding your back. Release the feelings through letting them go and forgiving the people involved. You can change the rules of your mind game and achieve the success you deserve.
